Our Approach to Yoga

As we've studied, learning from different teachers and styles of yoga and movement, we've adopted what we believe to be a good fit for the needs of our modern lifestyle.

Yoga is for Everyone and
This Program is for You

While in-person classes have their own benefits, our online program has it's advantages too.  We truly believe yoga is for everyone, but sometimes in-person classes, especially all-levels community classes, makes it hard to give everyone exactly what they need. Sometimes you need to be pushed, sometimes you need to take it easy, and sometimes you need everything to stop and be explained.  Our online program allows you to choose exactly what you need on any given day.

 

See the benefits of yoga take off as yoga becomes a part of your routine.  Our on-demand classes work with your schedule, making building a daily practice easier than ever.  We also offer monthly calendars and an accountably group to help you build your practice progressively. 

 

A yoga practice is ever evolving.  With each practice, we learn and feel new things in even the most basic of poses.  As you build your practice you'll be ready to learn new things and as body awareness increases,  revisit poses to absorb the things you weren't ready to understand the first (or second or third) time.  Workshops and pose breakdowns are available to use and revisit whenever you're ready.
