Slacklining & Slackline Yoga

Slacklining is the seemingly impossible act of balancing on a piece of flat webbing strung between two anchor points. The challenge itself is what makes the practice so fun and rewarding. That "one more time... ugh! one more time... what!? I just walked the whole line!" feeling drives us to push ourselves to stay on the line longer, try new poses, and walk longer lines.

Slacklining and Yoga are a natural fit. In yoga, we teach ourselves to, again and again, bring our attention back to the present moment. Slacklining, by its very nature, demands our full attention. Both challenge our balance physically and mentally. Slackline Yoga brings yoga asanas onto the slackline combining the physical practices. Using our breath, finding the calm, and embracing our own stillness in the midst of chaos are life lessons on and off the mat and slackline.
